Turn West Design specializes in providing quality home décor, jewelry, and fine art. If you have any questions while ordering, or questions on our policies, please call us. As always, when viewing products on-line, remember that all monitors display colors slightly differently. Some of our items are one-of-a-kind. We strive to keep our site as up-to-date as possible; however, items in stock and on our web site may vary at times. If an item is ordered that we do not have in stock, we'll notify you immediately of the approximate ship date.

Shipping
We ship by UPS Ground. You may also select UPS 2nd Day Air. The shipping cost is automatically calculated in the Shopping Cart, and you will see it as you check out. Please call for shipping costs to foreign addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and for art, which requires oversize packing. All in-stock items are shipped within two days of your order

Payment
You do not need to log-in to order through our on-line store. Our on-line shopping store is quick and easy, offering you a choice of PayPal or major Credit Card. Select the "PayPal" button, which allows you to use your MasterCard, VISA, American Express, or Discover Card. You may also add items to your cart, proceed to check out, and simply print and fax your order summary, and we’ll take care of the rest, or just call us to place an order over the phone.

Returns and Exchanges
Within 15 days of your receipt of a shipment, you may request a refund or exchange for purchases made through our on-line store. You must request a return authorization code before any returns will be accepted. We will issue a full refund, plus your shipping cost if the return is a result of our error, or if the item arrives damaged.

If your return is not due to our error or damages, we will deduct from your refund the original shipping cost plus a 20% restocking fee.

All returns must be insured by the shipper for the full amount of the returned item. If it arrives to us broken or damaged, the refund will be denied – it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the shipping agent.

Turn West Design will not accept any returns on custom orders, nor can we accept any returns received after 15 days of the date of an
authorization code given.

Sales Tax
You will not be charged any sales tax for items shipped out of Arizona. Items shipped within Arizona are charged 5.6% Arizona sales tax.

To minimize such risks, our credit card processors use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, rest assured your personal information is never used for anything other than your immediate order.
